You ran 90°C for 25 seconds. Your usual is 92°C and 28. That's colder and faster than your norm, which gives you sour. Bump back to 92°C, 28-30s.

What's TDS?
Total Dissolved Solids. It's how much coffee made it into your water, as a percentage. Specialty drip aims for 1.15-1.35%. Higher means stronger. Want to know how to measure it?
